Independent Orlando travel guide

Editorial policy

Our editorial goal is to publish practical, understandable travel information without inventing property relationships, booking inventory, prices or guarantees. We distinguish geographic descriptions from endorsements and explain when a feature is still in development.

Research and sourcing

We favor primary sources for claims that change: local transportation operators for service routes, government agencies for safety and rental rules, and official tourism organizations for visitor information. Guides link to relevant sources so readers can check details. We avoid replacing current provider terms with an unsupported price estimate.

Review dates and corrections

Each substantive guide displays a Last reviewed date. Our standard is to re-check published guides at least every six months, and sooner when a material correction or policy change is known. The date records an editorial review; it is not live monitoring or a promise that the linked information cannot change. A future revision should update the date only after verification.

If a correction is requested, we evaluate it against an authoritative source. Material changes should be reflected in the guide with a new review date. Readers should always confirm current transport schedules, opening hours, weather alerts and booking conditions with the relevant provider.

AI-assisted drafting and human review

AI tools may assist in drafting, organizing and checking proposed content. AI-generated text can be wrong or miss context. Our publication standard requires human editorial review of factual claims, attribution, accessibility and commercial disclosures before an article is treated as finalized. A draft that has not completed those checks must not be described as approved or verified.

Commercial independence

Where a future booking link earns a commission, we will disclose it near the link. Paid sponsorships, if introduced, will be labeled. Editorial area guides should not claim that a hotel is “best,” “lowest” or “discounted” without current verifiable evidence. See Affiliate disclosure.
